Ebony Rose (aka Ebony) is a beautiful black Hanoverian mare by Escudo II out of SPS mare Fabel by Fabriano. She has a small star and one sock. Both Escudo II and SPS Fabel are in the Hanoverian Jumper Breeding program, and both have a high degree of trainability and excellent gaits. Ebony follows in her parents footsteps and demonstrates that she loves to jump, is demonstrating excellent gaits under saddle and has a focused work ethic. Ebony has an engaging personality and joins up with her trainers and handlers.

Update as of Nov.2011: Ebony Rose was backed in early Summer 2011. She demonstrates powerful gaits under saddle which are developing nicely. As a rising 4 year old, Ebony remains petite at 15.2H and is expected to mature ~15.3H and will likely become a junior hunter.
