Fajita is a lovely Elite Hanoverian mare by Wertherson out of Espana by Eminenz. Fajita was bred in the USA by our good friend, Suzanne Quarles of Some Day Soon Farm and we purchased her in early 2005.

Fajita is a 16.2+ bright chestnut with a lovely blaze and two socks. She is sweet natured and inquisitive, remarkably honest, confident and engaging. Fajita is one of those salt of the earth brood mares that produces an upgraded version of herself every year.

Fajita produced a few foals prior to coming to our farm. Since she has arrived, she has produced several extremely nice leggy foals with exceptional conformation and powerful dressage gaits. (see production record below) She has proven to be a consistent producer and a very loving dam. We are pleased to have Elite Mare Fajita as one of our elite Hanoverian foundation broodmares.
